SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Shipping time

Packages typically reach the courier within 1-3 business days. The following delivery time estimates are counted in business days (Monday-Friday), not calendar days. A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent to you after your package has been scanned in by the courier, this can sometimes take an additional business day.

USPS – National

For most packages. Average arrival time is 2 – 4 business days with delivery confirmation and tracking. 2 – 4 day arrival time is NOT guaranteed, and is only accurate about 70-80% of the time.

USPS – National Priority Express

For most packages. Average arrival time is 1 – 2 business days with delivery confirmation and tracking. 1 – 2 day arrival time is NOT guaranteed, and is only accurate about 70-80% of the time.

USPS – International Priority

For packages you need on time. Average arrival time is 7 – 21 days with a Customs ID number and tracking. Guaranteed against customs seizure, we can not be held liable for packages lost within your country.

DHL Express (when available)

For packages you need fast. Average arrival time is 2-5 days with a Customs ID number and tracking, guaranteed and insured.
NOTE: International packages may be subject to additional fees for customs/duty charges. Also, please note that we cannot take responsibility for international mail forwarding services, and unfortunately we can not guarantee the successful delivery of orders shipped to international mail forwarding addresses. However, we welcome all International orders to be placed with us for shipment directly to an International address.

International Restrictions

There are shipping restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to safely international destinations. We will do our best to mark the package as a gift or devalue the package, but there is no guarantees it won’t get stopped, inspected or seized. If you are outside of the U.S. we encourage you to research restrictions before ordering.

Will a Signature Be Required?

Orders over $100 require a signature, we no longer waive signatures at request. This is to protect large orders from being lost or stolen. By default orders less than $100 do not require a signature but it can be requested by writing a note at checkout

My Package is Late, Lost or not tracking further!

It happens 75% of the time when couriers lose or mistrack a parcel at a sorting centre and there’s nothing we can do about it. Couriers routinely lose track of packages and almost as often they find them a few days later. Our policy is to contact the courier and allow them 7 days to conduct an investigation. If the package hasn’t turned up by then we’ll send out a replacement or refund. Please feel free to contact us at support@purerawz.com

Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are at the sole discretion of purerawz.com. If the wrong item shipped we will exchange or refund the purchase.

We must be notified within 7 days of the delivery date if you have any problems or issues with the product

If a refund is deemed necessary then we will manually refund your transaction or the appropriate amount for the returned items. Chargebacks will not be taken lightly and will subject the client to being put on the “no sell” list. We do not tolerate scammers and “testers”. Refunds will only be issued after the items have been returned to us.. Thus said, 99.9% of all issues are resolved by simply communicating with us. If your order has not yet been shipped and you wish to cancel your order then please email us at support@purerawz.com and we will do our utmost to accommodate you. We cannot promise we can intercept it if its already been picked up by the courier. If it has already shipped, we will gladly accept the return, but there will be a 15% restocking fee and buyer pays the shipping.

All items are shipped safely and in a manner that ensures safe arrival. If for any reason this is not the case then please email us and we will work with you. Each case is handled individually.

If a product is missing from your order then please contact us and once we verify the legitimacy of the claim then we will send the missing item to you. All orders are documented weighed and photographed prior to shipping to avoid fraudulent claims
